add Info/Help menu #330

maybe the check for updates could be in the same version info dialog (like in firefox); what we initially need is only to check if a new version exists then open the browser on the download page. the download page could include a changelog (that could be also visible on the update dialog so the user have a better motivation for do the update).

help dialog could display the list of active hotkeys, and some other features (eg right button click for pitch reset) (see #18 )

btw, i think having a real link that opens a browser when clicked should be really useful.

these are missing for now. but yeah, this isn't a beta milestone issue so i will leave it open for future implementations
