weird behaviour when open playlists from the external

some things happens when open an m38 and m3u8 from the external:

• the playlist tracks are added to the default playlist. it isn't a bug, but we should decide if we prefer, instead, add them as new playlists.
• after the tracks has been, added the playback doesnt start ALSO if the enqueue is disabled. when enabled, instead, it is a desidered behaviour
• when try to play a track, most of them fail to load

2.0.50.Alpha (wine): opening a playlist from the external works but the playback starts from the last track (see #286 also).

so, this 2 behaviors are not happenings with wine.

i suppose that, when the above mentioned behaviors will be fixed for windows, then with wine playlists will playback from the first track
