HVSC songlength automatic update #403

implement the same as per #133 for downloading the HVSC songlength db using the following stable link to current release: https://www.hvsc.c64.org/download/C64Music/DOCUMENTS/Songlengths.md5 overwriting the current songlength db files embedded with bzr2.

also in the libsidplayfp settings could be showed the last download date

2.0.53.Alpha: download fails (although the address is reachable) but the button remains with "downloading..." text. a popup with a more detailed error could be apreciated
