both the tracklist and the playlists windows should follow the currently played entry. this means that when playing the following entry (a track or a playlist) GUI should automatically scrolls in order to display the played entry as (at least) the last row in the viewport. in this manner the user doesn't need to manually scroll up or down to find which track is playing in the tracklist or which playlist is playing in the playlists windows, for example when clicking on "next" or "prev" buttons.
