Fix permissions for viewing material #229

Is user is 'employee' then allow to see material which can be seen from reading room.

E.g. https://www.aarhusarkivet.dk/records/000309478

This has been fixed in source code.

Another issue is this: http://localhost:5555/records/503369?search=1

This should get a "lock" when not logged in according to existing aarhusarkivet
