Console mode. Game list displacement does not move smootly. The displacement is slower than previous versions.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open CFG
2. Console mode
3. Move from the game list up or down

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

In the console mode, when moving the list of the games up/down does not move 
smoothly, goes by jumps. The displacement is slower than in previous versions. 

What version of the loader are you using?

from 64 to 66c

What is your System Menu version (e.g. 4.2u)?
4.2E, 4.3E

What is your media type (HDD, USB Flash, SD/SDHC)?

HDD

How is your media formatted (wbfs, fat32, ntfs)?

NTFS

Which cios are you using, which version, which base (222,249,...)?
(Please try both 249 and 222 with cfg-222.dol)

249 dx2v3 base 38, 249v21 base 38
222 v5.1 base 38

Does it work with other loaders?

Does it work with the latest or an older version?

It works correctly with version 63
