Install Extension:TitleBlacklist #26

I've already imported the TitleBlacklist from enwiki, but you need this extension for it to do anything. FWIW, eolgi is already on the list

This will also clear the errors that we get from the {{pp}} templates that were imported. Whether or not we want to keep those is another discussion.

I would suggest pruning some of the unnecessary lines before enabling. Every line is going to cost us a little bit (?) of processing time when creating a page.
