Multi-language support in single file #154

Since this has been raised multiple times, I'll use this issue to track it.

Problem: some file types can have multiple languages within them. This causes the languageCode the editor sees to be the main file, but other snippets of code inside the file aren't checked for comments.

There are still problems in 2022, use vue3.2
