The docker container should:

Allow screenshots in a Docker container using a framebuffer
Allow browsers to connect to an X11 server on your computer and display from a Docker container
This requires Issue 2
If Issue 17 is completed, add parameters to indicate:
- where the X11 server is
- whether to set up a framebufer
- display in the X11 server
- neither.
