Forecast ATL/CTL/TSB by plugging in workouts in the future.
Could base this around a datatable that contains the chart data (implementing the UI of the prototype spreadsheet)

Add TSB trace to bottom of atl/ctl plot OR create another plot.
This might remove the utility of the filled areas above/between the plots. Guess I'll have to make both and compare.
