Discovery World has informed us that Teamviewer is their preferred remote access tool. Integrate and test it

For reference, Teamview is officially approved for use by Rockwell Automation with these caviats:

The Rockwell Automation recommended standard is VSE ( Virtual Support Engineer) another option would be WebEx Support Center. If these cannot be used, TeamViewer may be used for OUTGOING conenctions (to access customer computers) only, not for incoming connections to Rockwell Automation assets.
