Enable use of application while phone is locked #29

Currently when the phone is in the locked mode after turning on the train session the ability for having the phone be locked, it stops recording the information.

Add the ability to continue the training session while the iPhone is locked, and the Apple Watch connectivity is enabled.

Add an option in the global settings to enable the ability to use train sessions or the app in general during the iPhone being locked. If this option is enabled, then the app will run in the background. If this option is not enabled, it will stop the train session when moving to background.It would be great if it would pause the training session when the app goes to the background.
