upload prompt SelectAll/None/Invert item.Selected instead of Checked?? #325

Upload prompt file list-> button SelectAll/None/Invert operation seems very odd.

In toolbox.cs, shouldn't it change from item.Selected to item.Checked ??

Highlight the filelist is not very useful.  As I must still click into the 
check box...  thats why I changed it into item.Checked save a few mouse click 
each time..

Transmission: 2.04
Remote: 3.23

With the selection, you can change not only the download/notdownload state, but 
the download priority too. so e.g. it's easy to select the sample.avi to high 
priority, and the other file to low. etc.
