Filter by tracker shows 0 results #413

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have concurrent torrents running from different trackers.
2. Select one of the trackers on the left.
3. Filtered torrent list is empty.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Display torrents that use the selected tracker.
Actual: Displays no torrents.

What version of the products are you using?
OS: Windows 7
Transmission: 2.22 (12099)
Remote: 3.24 (rev 2)

Also verified this occurs with Transmission 2.41 (12957)
