Exclude Filtering in the Torrent view #442

Provide a brief summary of the the feature you'd like to see implemented.

I'd like to have a way to exclude Torrents from the Torrent view. 

This would be very useful when I for example have 100 Torrent in "Download" and 
I want to Pause everyone but the one that have the test "mother" in it. If I 
could exclude Torrent containing the text "mother" I could then simply select 
all remaining Torrents and Pause them. 

When then taking away the Exclude filter I'd be left with all Torrent that have 
the text "mother" in it.
