Turtle mode icon #449

There is small visual difference between "Enable alt speed" and "Disable alt 
speed enable" icons. It would be very nice to add more contrast between icons 
(e.g. "Enable alt speed" icon is grayed).

adding the "ALT" text to the icon for the alternate speed would make it clearer:

PS: with the ALT speed active, the speeds limits reported in the statusbar icon 
are wrong.
