problem with downloading #472

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.open a torrent link
2.it starts but in some seconds stops
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the products are you using?
OS:win 8.1
Application version: TRD (Release build 3.24.3.0)
Transmission version: 2,82 (14160)
