So we need to decide frequency, topics, and so on and so forth with these.

I'd also like to invite the folks from the other pages, like AAJ, TORSyn, TorWars, Fragworld etc to participate in the chat and invite their communitys also. This will give us a good balance of the community and some more publicity behind it

Totally agreed.

Right now however, the chats have JUST been about R2-Db.com, so inviting other fansites to chat might not make an incredible amount of sense. However, if we changed over to a true HoC chat and turned it into a community event (that we didn't run), I could see getting other fansites involved.

However, we still need our platform to discuss R2 related happenings!

@gnarf37 what you thinkin?

Transparent staff meeting basically is my idea for out meetings, anyone interested in project status / perhaps joining have a place come come and talk to us...

Also - Around monthly... maybe toward the beginning of the month.
