Add a Post button to the homepage #23

The form should prompt users for which category to place it in while posting, since it won't have a forum to default into.

I am undecided if this makes sense to add anymore. Really a user needs to decide where they are posting to (which forum) and post from there.

There may be a nice UX to allow it from the homepage, but what is the user trying to do at that point? It may cause more confusion than anything.
