Handle reserved and common words #4

Some words should be included in a built-in dictionary:

common variable names such as args or str
language keywords
framework keywords (may not be needed due to other features)

UTF-8 (maybe this should be handled as an abbreviation, may be a bug in split)

Comparer (likely handled by inherited/context words)
