non monotonic ages in EEP files for very massive stars #1

stars with Minit > 100 Msun sometimes have non monotonic ages near the end of the EEP file. There is no such problem in the original track. Seems to occur just prior to the last primary EEP.

Fixed with commit d740cd55bd98b3eda02741d080162be1a96eddbe

This was a numerical issue caused by higher order interpolation between secondary EEPs that seems to be fixed by switching to linear interpolation.
