Add Dates (Added, Updated) columns to items #37

It would be great to be able to sort lists (our own, and those for whom we're shopping) by the date that items were added, so we could easily see the most recent additions at the top.

+1 ...we use the 'updated' date to know who to harass for not updating their list!
