Remove __MACOSX dir from zip #51

In the beta 5 zip, there is a __MACOSX directory that extracts along with the application directory. Minor annoyance on a Linux box...

The MACOSX directory is no longer included in the zips - this is should be watched though, as the DS store dir has snuck in sometimes.
