I used the "Request an Account" button to request a new account, but I did not receive an e-mail at my admin e-mail address letting me know there was a new account request pending. When I logged in as the admin, I saw the new user and was able to approve them, but I never received the e-mail.
E-mails DO work for the "I forgot my password" button, though, so e-mail in general works -- just not the new account requests.
