Support Number min/max/step #8

If defNumber element includes min and max, indiprop displays a slider that sets 
local displayed value as slider is moved. Local value is then transmitted when 
used clicks Set.

If defNumber includes step, indiprop displays small up and down arrow buttons 
to the right of the local displayed value. Clicking the arrow buttons adjusts 
the local value by amount of step. Local value is then transmitted when user 
clicks Set.
