Consider including renewalInfo inside finalized Order objects #42

This would allow a client to get the suggested renewal window immediately upon issuance, without having to follow up with an ARI query. As requested here: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/thoughts-from-starting-to-play-with-ari/200276

Assuming https://github.com/aarongable/draft-acme-ari/pull/51 goes through, this becomes a bit easier, since we'll already be making other modifications to the Order object.

For the time being, I've decided against doing this -- I believe it would encourage clients to schedule their next wake-up for a time inside the initial suggested renewal window, thereby removing the ability for clients to detect changes in the suggested window. Instead, clients should be encouraged to begin polling ARI.
