Highlight AS and BY when capitalized #2

The docs (at least for stats) have the AS and BY words listed in all caps. This should allow them to be picked up as well.

Sorry this took me forever to merge in. I've done it now though and released a new version. I don't use Splunk anymore so haven't updated this package in a very long time.

I see that you, @mew1033 are the owner of the Splunk Format package in Sublime and I guess still using this package too? Would you like me to add you as a collaborator so you could update yourself? Or if you had the desire maybe the two packages could be merged into one "Language Tools" package?

Sure, you could add me as a collaborator. I definitely use this package quite a bit, so thank you for making it! I don't know if the Splunk Format package works perfectly anymore. Once Splunk added a formatter to their search box, I stopped using my package. There's didn't make mistakes. :-) But maybe I'll go back and look at it again....

Anyway, thanks for merging this in!
