new icon

What feature or additional map(s) coverage are you looking for?

I propose to change icon.

Please explain how this would make Gate Maps more useful to you and others.
1. Icon that is now is very nice, but I think that if you use a default airport 
transit sign, two 
airplanes on yellow screen, it would be even easer to find the app on the 
iPhone. 

Have confidence that all requests are given careful consideration, but not all 
can be honored. The 
usual reason for rejection is when they conflict with the primary use 
case...namely, finding a gate 
quickly at an unfamiliar airport, on a mobile device with a limited display 
area.

Requester sent photo. Can't find acceptable artwork yet, but considering 
request. To clarify, image is of two 
airplane silhouettes, one facing up, the other facing down with arrows to 
indicate movement. More standard in 
Europe than elsewhere.

Under advisement, pending other updates first however.

Although a valid request, a change in icon at this point deemed too disruptive 
to users relative to perceived 
benefit. Will not fix due to assumed negative impact.
