Update Atlanta #45

There is a underground walkway between B and C that isn't represented on 
the current map.  Also, there's no indication of the people mover tram 
down the center between the concourses.  Recommend it be added so people 
don't think they're going to have to walk the distance, which is 
substantial.

I do see the areas I mentioned on the individual councourse maps, but suggest 
they 
be visible on the main map, as well.
