Please add BWI and DCA airports #6

Are you considering adding BWI and/or DCA to your Gate Maps?  BWI (Baltimore 
Washington International) is by far a cumbersome place to arrive or depart.
 Also, it would be great to have Ronald Reagan (DCA).

Will tackle BWI first, given users justification that it's an especially 
difficult
one to get around in.

Examined their map and it's in good shape for formatting. Aim to release in 1.3
