update terminology #115

I have a lot of respect for tmux devs, so I don't want to suggest that tmux defaults are "insane" (as opposed to simply unfamiliar and/or inconvenient for some).

This intro line is often quoted (with a positive tone) when 3mux is mentioned online, so maybe it's just me that's suddenly uncomfortable. I'm open to suggestions regarding what to change this to or whether to keep it as-is :-)

Thoughts?
