Maintaining 3mux has been a lot of work. Help would be greatly appreciated.

Some ways to help:

Comment on issue threads with your opinion
Fix bugs
Write some documentation
Report bugs
Implement small features

Willing to hack on this, and promote if we can get session management similar to mate (looking for a feasibility check, if this is possible just point me in the right direction and I will go after it). https://github.com/tmate-io/tmate I use tmate a lot, but I am not a fan of c and window resizing for smaller windows in shared sessions is so much pain.

That sounds great @matttrach!

It sounds like you want to implement shared read-write sessions over a network? If so, that sounds very doable, and I'd be happy to help :-)

How would you prefer to communicate about implementation details and 3mux internals?
