A webapp that allows users to display directional tooltips

Motivation Display how tooltips display in different positions based on the element they are hovering over.

Implementation

[x] Create wireframe
[x] Create and clone a new git repository.

[x] Create html button elements that will be positioned differently to allow for a display of a top, left, right and bottom tooltip.
[x] Style the buttons, tooltips and hover effects in the styles.css file.
[x] Place the buttons absolutely.
[x] Move the tooltip, buttons and relative effects into a second CSS file called tooltips_movement.css.
[x] Verify CSS functionality.
[x] Implement JavaScript functionality.
- [x] Implement the getBoundingClientRect function
- [x] Create if/else statement that implements the default display of the tooltip on the top of the button.
- [x] Implement window.InnerWidth function in the logic of determining tooltip placement.
- [x] Verify tooltip functionality by changing placements of the buttons.
