Cherry picked the relevant changes for src/commands/spawn.h. Thanks for the updated hints, will release another build including these sometime this week.

Didn't merge everything because it seems you were just applying recent commits and I don't want to cause any weird things with git history (using git pull in your local repository will merge in these changes for you and will prevent you having to re-commit them next time).
