The error message is unclear, and does not display the student's name when you try to remove a non-existent help tag for that student.

Reason for disagreement: It does affect normal operations, as it prevents the user from confirming which student's help tag is non-existent. Confirming which student's help tag is non-existent is the point behind giving an error message in the first place.

This flaw gives an occasional inconvenience to some users, which is in line with the description for medium severity
