Allows 1 min increment of tutorials

While the application does not allow simultaneous addition of tutorials, it allows different tutorials to be added in increments of one minute. Given the target user, it is very unlikely that they intend to have a tutorial only for a single minute.

The application should give some warning when it detects tutorial times starting very close to each other

this is considered as an suggestion as it is simply an enhancement of the feature. the feature does not becomes less useful to CS2103T TA for normal usage.
