Animated Banner not Working #69

Ok, not sure if this is a bug or I'm not doing something correctly. I set it to the animated banner but all I get is a black background. I've done a /reload after switching to that banner, but still just a black background.

Also, a request in regards to the scaling of the deathlog banner. Can you make it a scale multiplier instead of a scale for X and Y. Then have an X slider to change the spacing between the top and bottom artwork. Having 2 scales for X and Y is a bit confusing and would be easier I think for everyone to have a multiplier for the scale instead.

Animated backgrounds broke as of 1.14. I believe they work now such that you have to have the model in your cache. So now its black unless youve loaded the model in. I think the option should be removed if in 1.14 :(.
