AzVim: Enable line wrapping for markdown files #2

Zellij renders some garbled output when line wrapping is enabled: CleanShot 2023-09-07 at 16 09 19

I don't really find much value in wrapping lines anyway, so I might not fix this for a while.

I've fixed this by using https://github.com/preservim/vim-pencil
