CJ The reviewer asks for 2 things: 1) define the SCOPE of the workflow early (e.g., abstract and/or opening paragraph), 2) thoroughly discuss limitations. I think you have only addressed point 2). Make sure to also address point 1).

And Casper at a different point:

CJ When you define the scope of the workflow, you can also define the readership for this paper. That would help manage expectations. Your paper cannot be everything to everyone - but what is it trying to be, and for whom!?
