h-cite-based reply contexts are not shown #29

https://fireburn.ru, my blog, renders reply contexts server-side marked up with h-cite. Monocle doesn't seem to pick it up while https://github.com/cleverdevil/Together does pick it up.

Per https://github.com/aaronpk/Aperture/issues/31 I'm opening the issue on Monocle.
