Wanted to back fill the last few weeks of missing photos on a dev OwnYourGram instance, but that meant allowing XRay to get a bigger feed.

This also sets the stage to be able to page through all the items if you REAAAAALLLY want to do that. I'm sure you're aware of the effect that'll have on the rate limit ;)

Instagram fetching is a lost cause from this library at this point, sorry this never made it in!
