Visually separate comments/mentions/likes/rsvps/reposts on posts #21

Reposts should probably be displayed like twitter with a list of profile icons of people who have re-posted, so that the repost section doesn't show up so large.

Separated out "likes" into their own section. Currently reposts are not displayed. RSVPs still show up the same as replies, but will move that out to its own issue.
