Expose nicknames cache as a CardDAV server #96

That way I can sync contacts from my website to my phone

I looked into this a bit today (again) and could not figure out how to make SabreDAV work right. Also OSX Contacts didn't seem to connect up right, and also I couldn't get it connected to an off-the-shelf CardDAV server. I'm thinking this might be a dead-end.
