I am using a virtual directory and I see that commit ecb9588 fixes an issue with loading the script file from virtual directories, but that fix has not been published to NuGet.
Any chance that you can publish the latest code? If necessary, you can add -beta or -prerelease after the version number to flag it as a prerelease package.
