Add an ability to do plain printing, to allow programs to use Crier to print something at the lowest level --such as mainhelp() or output_usage() in ::O::Cmd. text() works but is really intended to be mixed in with cries. Allowing regular printing would make sure Crier's indentation isn't invoked.
