Enter bbox without brackets #28

It would be nice if you could also past the coordinates of a bbox without the brackets. Quite often I have the coordinates from a url request like this. xMin,yMin,xMax,yMax

This is a great little ticket to maybe work on at the CUGOS hack session on the 18th. @lyzidiamond and @thebigspoon ... you guys game to fix this up?
