After upgrading to latest leaflet and mapbox (js and css) there are some issues... #30

1) The text color in the leaflet draw actions (the text to the right of the tool when it is selected) is a funky color. 2) The tool tip for the tools is being pinned to the upper left screen corner when the tool is enabled. When the mouse moves the tool tracks again correctly, but the initial position is wrong.
