Hey @wratran - Logs are most helpful in this situation so I can dig into why this is happening. It's even better if you can provide logs while in debug mode (instructions here).
@wratran got any logs here? Otherwise I'm gonna close this issue
I am using homebridge bond with my shade.
Under the bond bridge DEVICES...it only recognized 3 shades...but I have 5 shades working on the Bond app.
When I added the 2 new shades remotes...Bond app recognized it...but the homebridge app accessories does not show the 2 new shades.
I unplug and reinstall everything...
