cannot install bond plug in? #150

trying to install bond plug in in Hoobs. Getting the following error:

Help!

hm, this sounds like a Hoobs issue perhaps? I'm not super familiar with how Hoobs works. Have you tried re-installing the plugin?

I can chime in as I had been running HOOBS (with lots of problems), not long ago it just collapsed after a plug-in update or two & talking with the plugin dev’s, the short version was there were issues with out of date dependencies etc in it & that was on top of other issues…

I also had the resetting icons in HomeKit, esp after a HOOBS reboot or plug-in update, etc. which they were never any help with.

I finally just switched to homebridge fully & literally every problem I ever had was quite literally magically solved. They all just work now…

I just gave up & now so glad (for myself) that I did. Obviously cannot speak for others’ experiences.

Multiple times. Doesn’t work

Thanks for chiming in @randymassey. This is why I recommend using Homebridge UI if you are only doing homebridge since it's more in line with supporting homebridge plugins 😄

@Katibabie I would suggest reaching out to Hoobs support. If there is something specific I can do to help here I would be glad to do it, I just need more info on what is happening in Hoobs
