Add !prev command #19

Add a !prev command to go to the previous song in the queue. Would have to have a certain amount of songs that are saved, e.g can go a max of 5 songs or whatever.

Need to restructure the queue system to only delete songs a certain amount behind the current playing song in the queue.

Done, currently saves the whole song queue (until restart with heroku)
